Consumer health data we collect and why
Daily totals and averages of steps, active energy, exercise minutes, sleep duration, resting heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), and mindful minutes, and estimates we derive from them of how your recent readings compare with your usual levels. We collect this data to adjust your daily plan and suggestions, and so that Pia, the Actimate AI assistant, can refer to it in conversations with you.

Third parties and affiliates we share it with
AI model providers that power Pia; push-notification delivery services; and our product-analytics provider. Actimate has no affiliates.
Your rights and how to exercise them
You can confirm whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data; access it, including a list of the third parties we have shared it with and how to contact them; withdraw your consent; and have it deleted. To withdraw consent and delete your data, disconnect Apple Health in the Actimate app's settings, or delete your account. For any of these requests, email support@actimate.io from the email address on your Actimate account; we respond within 45 days. If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our response. If we deny your appeal, you can submit a complaint to the Washington State Attorney General at https://www.atg.wa.gov/file-complaint.
